Horton’s right hand man, Perkins helped the bandit run his affairs, until he stabbed him in the back and sold him out to the King of Thieves. He took over Horton’s bandits and ran the poor old Bandit out of town. He was rewarded with a safety deposit box and an untimely end at the hands of Horton and the Many Pennies. He died near the docks of Emberfall. The Many Pennies ran into Perkins in the Leyline of Necromancy and he helped them find the pure necromancy in exchange for his release from the leyline. The Many Pennies agreed, but don’t intend to uphold their end of the bargain.
