Dunglaris has been worming his way through the church of Iora for some time. As a mid level official, he hired Keth to murder a couple of people. It turns out Dunglaris had manipulated and lied to Keth to get him to commit the murder, and the atrocities Keth thought they had committed were fabricated. Since then, he has worked his way up and splintered the church into a dangerous sect that worships Iora, the God of Light as Iora, the God of Blood. The fear is that he will change the very nature of Iora through this worship. When the Many Pennies tried to stop him, he summoned an angel of Iora and transformed it into a blood version, then escaped. He seems to have some impenetrable barrier around him that the Many Pennies could not get through. EDITOR’S NOTE: The impenetrable barrier was written in to Keth’s back story. It wasn’t my idea.
